She teaches personalized Flow of Energy Energy Mentorship classes, as well as Usui Reiki Master/Teacher and Animal Reiki classes. I have been a student of astrology since I was able to learn. My fascination began at a young age when I was introduced to Greek mythology.

Steady Ripple Wellness LLC offers a whole body, multi-modality approach to healing for the curious client who wants to take control of their own healing journey.

This practice was built from my passion for a "wholistic" design for self care and wellness. I believe there's a delicate balance between mind, body and spirit and an integrative approach to health which aids in living long, healthy and vibrant lives.

I believe the body knows how to heal when given the right support. The almost two decades of working in western medicine, strengthened my belief in preventative wellness. Seeing patients funneled through a broken system with chronic disease and illness left me longing to find a new avenue to work with people. Calling upon my highest healer, I found that to be massage therapy and reiki. My goal is to provide personalized, results-driven massage services, for stress relief, pain management, and total wellness.
